CVs are retained in soft copy in a secure location, completely discrete from the Site, until such time as Recruitment staff decides they are obsolete; they are then completely removed from the Company’s internal file systems. At all times CVs and other personal data submitted as an online job application are treated in strict confidence and accorded appropriate security.
When a visitor provides identifiable information to us, we use it solely for the purposes for which it was provided. Personal data collected may be transferred to other EZMCOM Companies or Offices where appropriate to meet the purpose for which you have submitted the information. Our policy is not to share personally identifiable information with third parties, unless required by law. We do not sell personal information to others. Your personal information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the information was collected or as required by law.

The Officer will respond to the complaint as quickly as possible but not more than 28 days after the complaint has been made.
If you are not satisfied with the response or outcome of the enquiry, you should raise the complaint The Federal Privacy Commissioner in the respective country, who is also the Code Adjudicator, is responsible for accepting, investigating and making a decision on a complaint.
