Pravat Mishra
Pravat Mishra has extensive technical expertise and broad management experience spanning more than 18 years in the Mobile, Networking, and Semiconductor industry. Before starting EZMCOM, Pravat was the founder and President of Mobideos, a mobile video content publisher. Pravat worked closely with content providers, prospected and structured content deals. Before Mobideos, Pravat was Founder, President and CEO of Candlestick Networks. Pravat successfully managed and led Candlestick to develop the OC192 (10G) L2-L7 Network Processor and Traffic Manager SOC for Intelligent Internet and High-End Enterprise systems. Nortel Networks acquired Candlestick Networks. Prior to Candlestick Networks, Pravat was a very early stage employee (#8) at MMC Networks, a pioneer company in Networking ASICs. MMC Networks launched its IPO in 1997 and was acquired by AMCC. Pravat was involved in variety of consumer ASICs architecture and design at Zilog Inc. Pravat holds a patent in the field of per-flow queuing in data networking (US patent # 6, 128,278: Cell queuing in ATM Switches) and holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai and a MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida, Tampa.
Bruce S. Maxwell
Bruce is a Venture CFO, providing interim CFO services to help startups get organized and funded. He also provides portfolio troubleshooting and due diligence services to venture capitalists. He is a specialist in the construction of business plans and financial projections and has raised over $68 million in venture and angel funds. Bruce has operated his practice since January of 1998, serving corporate clients such as Freescale, Volantis, Firetalk and Lineo and venture clients such as J&W Seligman and Outlook Ventures. Before starting his own practice, Bruce served as the CEO of Positive Communications, a paging services firm. Bruce founded Positive in 1992, grew it to over $40 million in annual sales and 350 employees, and sold over a million pagers. Prior to Positive, Bruce held various positions with Voysys, AT&E and Chemical Bank. Bruce holds a BA from Swarthmore College and an MBA from Stanford University. He taught classes in Entrepreneurship for the MBA program at St. Mary’s College, Moraga, CA. and is a regular speaker for Technology Ventures Corporation’s Entrepreneurial Seminar Series.
Vikram Sareen
Vikram's technology and business experience spans over a decade in the domains of strategy, operations, technology esp. security, web and mobile platforms. He has successfully architected three security products before joining EZMCOM team. A squash player, marathon runner and horse back rider comes from Indian Army background. In 2001-2003, Vikram envisioned, degined, developed and delivered FormSeal, PKI based digital signature product suite for web, pdf form signing for E-Lock. In 2004-2005, an m-Commerce security and trust technology, Xecure Message Service (XMS) for Network Security Solutions. He is an inventor with two patents for Text Message encryption technology (International Application No.: PCT/MY2006/000013, PCT/SG2006/000229). In 2001-02, he was also co-founder for a digital entertainment company, Talenti, focused on movie scripts, headhunting acting talent & digital animation. He is a BS in Computer Engineering from Army Institute OF Technology, Pune University and over the years he has moved on from being a Digital Security and PKI Consultant to the area of Business Development and Sales. In partime, he is mentoring young college students and doing charity for abused animals.
Anupam Ratha
Anupam has more than seven years experience in the security and internetworking domain of technology. From 2000 till 2004 he worked with Fujitsu Research & Manufacturing where he was instrumental in firmware optimization initiatives of the Fujitsu GeoStream Edge router series for IPv4 and IPv6 protocols. He was a senior consultant with ICL India, now Zensar Technologies Ltd. during the same period. He worked for Network Security Solutions from 2004 before joining EZMCOM. He is a co-inventor in patents for a security product engineered by him (International Application No.: PCT/MY2006/000013, PCT/SG2006/000229). Anupam has expertise in Internetworking routing protocols, Digital Security, PKI, mobile platforms and web technologies. He has a BS in Computer Science from Pune University.
R Shyam Rungta
Shyam Rungta has extensive experience in the Banking Industry along with academic work as an associate professor in Marketing Management at Temple University Business School and in Africa with over 30 years of professional experience. His Banking experience was with Asian Development Bank as a senior investment officer and he was responsible for identifying, assessing and processing for board approval the equity and loan investments in private and public sector projects in several industries. He was Director of Asiatrust Bank in the Philippines and the Bank of Rajasthan, India. He was also the Chief of the Economics Division at the National Energy Board of Canada. He has several publications and articles in various journals and has a PhD in Business Finance and Administration from the London School of Economics (L.S.E.).
Dato Raymond Yeong Kok Hee
Dato' Raymond is the Vice President of Outsourcing and New Business Development Division at CSC Malaysia. Dato' Raymond brings with him more than 12 years of industry experience. He was with Data Card - IDT for 8 years, a joint venture between Datacard Corporation USA and a Malaysian company. He was responsible for the setting up of a strong and well articulated sales, technical, software and finance team from a zero base and building it into a very successful enterprise. He was also the co-Chairman and Director of GMPC Corporation Sdn Bhd, and instrumental in securing and executing the nationwide multi-million Ringgit Government Multi-Purpose Card project. He is an Alumnus of the London School of Economics (L.S.E) and has a Diploma in Management, from Central London College.
