Summary

To execute EZMCOM?s channel development strategy within a defined territory to insure quarterly and yearly quotas are reached. The Sales Executive will focus on

Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales, including experience in high-tech software Sales.
  • Must be aggressive with a proven sales process.
  • Must be superior at prospecting, cold calling and communicating an initial value proposition.
  • Must be highly ambitious with a history of goal/objective over achievement
  • Must be highly adaptable, a quick study, and self starter.
  • Must be money motivated.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales management or related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • 25% travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Sell through indirect sales channels (e.g. VARs and distributors) to achieve or exceed revenue objectives.
  • Manage territory and forecast and be accountable.
  • Become an expert about EZMCOM?s products and services to facilitate sales efforts and act as resource for channel partners.
  • Create and perform sales presentations to match organization's products/services with identified needs.
  • Arrange licensing agreements with distributors, dealers, or other resellers.
  • Arrange volume sales agreements.
