Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, including experience in high-tech software Sales.
- Must be aggressive with a proven sales process.
- Must be superior at prospecting, cold calling and communicating an initial value proposition.
- Must be highly ambitious with a history of goal/objective over achievement
- Must be highly adaptable, a quick study, and self starter.
- Must be money motivated.
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales management or related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office proficiency
- 25% travel required.
Responsibilities
- Sell through indirect sales channels (e.g. VARs and distributors) to achieve or exceed revenue objectives.
- Manage territory and forecast and be accountable.
- Become an expert about EZMCOM?s products and services to facilitate sales efforts and act as resource for channel partners.
- Create and perform sales presentations to match organization's products/services with identified needs.
- Arrange licensing agreements with distributors, dealers, or other resellers.
- Arrange volume sales agreements.
